Cancellation Policy
The cancellation terms that apply to your booking depend on the Rate Type you selected — shown on your booking confirmation and on the Rental Agreement.
Flexible Rate
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the pickup time — full refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup: 1 rental day is charged.
- Date, location and vehicle changes are free subject to availability.
Partially Refundable Rate
- More than 7 days before pickup: 80% refund.
- 3–7 days before pickup: 50% refund.
- Less than 3 days before pickup: non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Rate
- No refund at any time after booking.
- Offered at the lowest available price in exchange for the reduced flexibility.
No-show and late pickup
If the customer does not collect the vehicle at the agreed pickup time and does not contact us, the booking is treated as a no-show and no refund is due. If your flight is delayed, contact us as soon as possible on +34 744 60 73 84 and we will do our best to hold the vehicle.
Early return
Rentals returned early are not refunded for unused days.
Modifications
Date, location or vehicle changes are free of charge on Flexible rates when requested more than 48 hours before pickup and subject to availability. Price differences (if any) are payable at pickup.
How to cancel or modify
Email info@aarentalsspain.com or call +34 744 60 73 84 quoting your Booking Number. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
